On this page of the website, the term “Skintique” or “us” or “we” refers to Skintique Cosmetic Clinic. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website, or the client as the context requires.
By purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Payment
Payment in full for products and services will be required on the day of your appointment per the prices of our products and services as listed on our website and subject to any applicable discounts.
In the event that you are in error undercharged for products or services after taking into account any agreed discount, we are entitled to recover from you the balance of the amount actually payable.
ZipPay and AfterPay
ZipPay and AfterPay can be used on any product or service administered at Skintique.
Gift Card
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, have their balance consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry.
Gift cards can be purchased for a specific treatment or a set amount. If the price of the selected treatment increases before redemption, the difference between the original value and the current price will be payable at the time of use.
If your gift card is lost, stolen or faulty, please advise the clinic and we will replace it for you. The replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date.
Minimum Spend with Cosmetic Nurses
There is a minimum spend of $80 for all treatments with our Cosmetic Nurses.
Booking Deposits
A booking deposit may be required for appointments exceeding 30 minutes in duration, as well as for selected treatments at Skintique. Deposits assist us in reserving appointment time, allocating staff resources, and preparing materials specifically for your treatment.
Where a deposit is required, payment is preferred at the time of booking. Deposits are not an additional fee and will be credited towards the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Deposits may be paid by credit or debit card over the phone, in clinic, or via direct bank transfer. Bank account details can be provided upon request.
Please note that appointments requiring a deposit are not considered confirmed or secured until the required deposit has been received.
Deposit Requirements
Cosmetic Medical Treatments: $50–$100 per service (some selected treatments require a deposit equal to 50% of the treatment cost)
HIFU: 50% of the treatment cost
Skin Needling: $100
Cosmetic Tattooing: $100
RF Skin Needling / Skin Resurfacing: $100
Teeth Whitening: $50
Other appointments of one hour or longer: Minimum $50 deposit
Skintique reserves the right to request a deposit for any appointment at its discretion.
Appointment Reminder
An appointment reminder is sent out 48 hours before your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm ‘Yesʼ or cancel with ‘No’ and ring for a new appointment. We endeavour to contact via phone or alternative methods should you not reply the DAY PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. If no message is returned, no text or email confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without notice and your booking deposit is forfeited. If your appointment is for a prepaid or complementary treatment (including membership services), your treatment will be forfeited.

Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
In no case shall Skintique, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
Promotions
From time to time Skintique may offer promotions and discounts on selected products and treatments. Customers have the opportunity to purchase such products and treatments for a limited time, at a discounted rate or offer subject to the promotional terms and conditions as advertised by Skintique.
Promotions are only available on selected Skintique products and treatments as per promotional terms and conditions and are subject to availability and full payment.
There is no limit on the number of products or treatments that can be purchased. Skintique’s promotional terms and conditions continue to apply.
Where a promotion is for a free product or treatment, Skintique warrants that the cost of the free promotion has not been recouped through a price rise elsewhere or through other sources. The offer is free in accordance with the usual meaning of that word.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, packages, member discounts or otherwise already discounted items.
Promotions are for a limited time only and can be withdrawn or extended at any time.
Promotional discounts on products and treatments apply to the maximum price.
Products and treatments included in promotions cannot be exchanged for any other product or treatment.

Cosmetic Medical Treatments
In order to secure your appointment, we require a deposit (amount dependable up on the treatment you are booking).
You must be deemed medically fit and healthy for the treatment by one of our registered nurses or doctors in your initial consultation.
Your consultation prior to treatment is complimentary.
Due to legal restrictions, product names and prices cannot be used in advertising. If you have any queries, please contact our clinic and book a consultation.
Skin Society Membership
We’re pleased to offer a membership with discounts to the public. To ensure we’re all on the same page, please see our Skin Society Membership Terms and Conditions:
- The minimum Skin Society Membership term is one month.
- If you wish to cancel your Skin Society Membership, we require 31 days’ notice by email to joondalup@skintique.com.au joondalup@skintique.com.au.
- Membership fees are not fixed, but when we do adjust the fees, we will give you no less than one months' notice.
- The discounts included in your Skin Society Membership are on fully priced selected treatments and skincare products, not packages, unless otherwise noted.
- Under your membership, you are entitled to a complementary LED or Microdermabrasion treatment each month. This offering must be redeemed each month — it cannot be "saved up" and used multiple times in a single month. However, if you can't make it one month or would like to pass it on, you can transfer it to a family or friend for $25.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify the membership benefits — including services and prices — with notice prior to appointment.
- Free eyebrow shapes can only be redeemed if at same time as pre booked facial treatments.
- The services enjoyed under your Skin Society Membership are not transferrable to another customer (except for the aforementioned friend or family transfer of your monthly Microdermabrasion/LED session for $25).
