Cancellations & Refunds

Skin Society Membership Cancellations

Cancellation of a Skin Society membership will require 31 days’ notice.

Please forward your request in writing to joondalup@skintique.com.au and your contract will be terminated, effective 31 days after receiving your formal request.


Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

At Skintique, we are committed to providing exceptional service and dedicated appointment times for every client. As our appointments are in high demand, our team allocates time and resources in preparation for each scheduled treatment.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of any booking deposit and/or the application of a cancellation fee, at Skintique's discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.


Prepaid, Complimentary & Membership Treatments

Prepaid treatments, complimentary treatments, and membership services are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

The only exception is the monthly membership Microdermabrasion or LED treatment, which may be transferred to another individual for a transfer fee of $25.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided for a prepaid, complimentary, or membership appointment, Skintique reserves the right to forfeit the scheduled treatment or service, including membership inclusions, at its discretion and on a case-by-case basis.


Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show") may forfeit any booking deposit paid.

For prepaid, complimentary, or membership appointments, the scheduled treatment or service may be forfeited.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked treatment value or a minimum fee of $50, whichever is greater, at Skintique's discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.



Acknowledgement

By booking an appointment with Skintique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.


Refunds & Retail Product Return

Skintique does not offer refunds where there is a change of mind. Refunds will only be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, in instances when either a product or service is faulty.


Retail Product Return

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, damaged or faulty retail products can only be refunded if they are returned unused, within a reasonable time of purchase.


Medical Treatments

Our Medical Treatments are not an exact science. Every human body is different and may react differently. Our Cosmetic Nurses will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests. Whatever the outcome, the product and/or service has been provided, hence results are not guaranteed and refunds are not given.
