By purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve: (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

In no case shall Skintique, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Price Match Guarantee

Skintique will match a competitor’s current, non-discounted and advertised price on the same treatment using the same equipment and products (“Price Match Guarantee”).

The competitor must be within a 10km radius of Skintique. You must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price. Skintique will contact the competitor to confirm their advertised price.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to offers made by competitors and/or other competitors on group buying, discount or coupon website.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to already discounted treatments.

Cosmetic Injectables

We require a $50 deposit in advance for all anti-wrinkle injectable bookings, and a $100 deposit for dermal fillers.

You must be deemed medically fit and healthy for the treatment by one of our registered nurses or doctors in your initial consultation.

Your consultation prior to treatment is complimentary.

The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.

Due to legal restrictions, product names cannot be used in advertising. If you have any queries, please contact our clinic.

Skin Society Membership

If you wish to cancel your Skin Society membership, we require 31 days’ notice.

The minimum Skin Society membership term is 1-month.

The discounts included in your Skin Society membership are on fully priced treatments and products, unless otherwise noted.

The services enjoyed under your Skin Society membership are non-transferrable to another customer, however, we do allow a friend or family transfer of your monthly microdermabrasion for $25.

Centre Staff Discounts

All discounts available to Lakeside Joondalup staff are on fully priced treatments only. Skintique reserves the right to refuse this discount at any time.

ZipPay and AfterPay

ZipPay and AfterPay can be used on any product or service administered at Skintique.

Gift Card

Gift cards are valid for 12-months from the date of issue.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, have their balance consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry.

If your gift card is lost, stolen or faulty, please advise the clinic and we will replace it for you. The replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date.
