Cancellations & Refunds

Skin Society Membership Cancellations

Cancellation of a Skin Society membership will require 31 days’ notice.

Please forward your request in writing to joondalup@skintique.com.au and your contract will be terminated, effective 31 days after receiving your formal request.

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations are to be made 24 hours before an appointment. Where cancellations are less than 24 hours before an appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

Pre-paid Treatment

Skintique reserves the right to not refund pre-paid treatments or allow them to be transferred to other individuals.

Notice of cancellation of a pre-paid treatment must be 48 hours before the appointment. Where cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to the pre-paid appointment, the treatment will be forfeited and no refund will be made.

The expiry date for less than 10 pre-paid treatments is 12 months. The expiry date for 10 or more pre-paid treatments is 18 months.

Refunds & Retail Product Return

Skintique does not offer refunds where there is a  change of mind. Refunds will only be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, in instances when either a product or service is faulty.

Retail Product Return

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, damaged or faulty retail products can only be refunded if they are returned unused, within a reasonable time of purchase.
